Britt is excited to join the Allegheny CleanWays water crew, bringing with her a strong background in environmental advocacy and animal welfare. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she has spent much of her career working in conservation.
When she's not hauling trash from Pittsburgh’s rivers, Britt serves as the Executive Director of Misfits Coven, a sanctuary dedicated to the rescue and care of farmed animals. Her passion for preserving life —both human and non-human— drives everything she does.
