Hannah Hohman (she/her)
Water-based and Education Program Coordinator
Hannah brings a lifelong dedication to eliminating illegal dumping, having participated in her first cleanup as a toddler when her parents worked with PA CleanWays (now Keep PA Beautiful) to remove a massive illegal dump site in the woods behind her house. She and her family remained active participants in multiple dumpsite cleanups and educational efforts throughout the years and Hannah attributes those experiences with helping to shape her world view. As Hannah states, “My passion for protecting and preserving the environment is deep-rooted and is something that drives me in all that I do.” Hannah attended Penn State and graduated with a B.S. in Community, Environment & Development from Penn State. When she's not doing riverfront cleanups, she’s hanging out in her back yard, which happens to be the Youghiogheny River.
